i’ve got pandora battery and Magic memory stick but…?
i’ve received pandora battery from dx internet shop and i think i have memory stick, i don’t really know because i got it from my friend, i tried to modify it today but it looks like it’s doing nothing… there was some reaction, the light came on the screen but it never displayed anything on screen and something was processing i noticed light flashing several times. i also tried other ones but they showed no reaction at all and i am sure other ones are not magic memory stick…
now my psp won’t even turn on with normal battery…
i am totally stuck, i am thinking about buying magic memory stick just to make sure i’ve got magic one…

There are potentially quite a few problems here.
Firstly
It is currently illegal to sell a “magic memory stick”, most shops go around this by providing instructions to create a magic stick, Or the give you the files needed to create a magic memory stick which is legally allowed in that form.
From your first paragraph it sounds to me like you the PSP was being flashed and your interrupted the process and bricked the PSP. For some PSPs the pandora menu does not show up and the screen is completely black, you just need to press X and allow the PSP to flash itself, if there is a flashing light it means the memory stick is being read.
A few things could have happened here.
You bricked your PSP by switching it off whilst it was being flashed.
You corrupted your magic memory stick by switching it off whilst it was being read.
A few remedies.
*You need a new magic memory stick
*You don’t need to buy a new one, you only need a sony duo card reader in your PSP, and to transfer some files onto it.
*Instructions and files are freely available on the internet to help you do this.
Caution
*the link is NOT a magic memory stick, it is empty and does not have any files in it.
